Ew?
So, we decided to give Dallin some of that really "delicious, wonderfully smelling" turkey baby food. It was so disgusting, I felt bad giving it to him. It made the whole house stink like catfood. 
After some really sad disgusted faces, I decided to give in, and finish out with carrots. He was very happy after that.
