This little cutie turned 9 months old in January! I can't believe how fast time flies. She has such a cute little personality! She got her first tooth on January 7th and she loves to explore and has also started talking more and always mimics us. I'm pretty sure her first word on her own was "don't" or "no" I can't tell exactly which one, but she definitely knows what she's saying and she says it when she's mad and she looks at you with her signature eyebrow scowl. haha!
Laila and big brother Owen
She always likes to pull herself up to things- I know she's ready for walking any time! She also really likes to make a big mess.... haha
It's funny because when I was pregnant, People would always comment on how each of our kids have different colored hair. Dallin- red, Hailee- blonde, Owen- brown. So when people would ask us what color of hair we thought our baby would have, Kyle would tease and say "gray" every time. Well, sure enough, Laila's hair looks kind of gray!
Such a cutie pie!
Does any little girl love her little sister more than Hailee does? Probably not! She loves to dress her up and match her as often as she can!
Even the cat loves Laila.... although she's not sure what to think... haha!
We love our baby girl so much, and time is just flying by! I'm trying to enjoy every second!
Now let's move on to Hailee. Our second most photographed person in the house because she is always asking me to take her picture :)
Static girl
She still likes to draw every chance she gets. Here is her X-Ray drawing of her skeleton.I'm blessed with the most girly-girl on the planet. She loves to wear skirts and dresses, and she also loves to do my hair. Here is one of her creations this month: A crown :)
She's doing so well in Kindergarten. She's pretty much the smartest and most helpful in the class. I love that now she can sound out words and she also likes to write little notes. This was a cute little note she wrote to us "The best perents evr!"
Aodr Spas (Outer Space)
Here he is with the train set put together in his room. He sat there in that little chair for the longest time just watching the trains go around and around. What a cutie!
Now on to Dallin!
Here he is reading in his nice new glasses. He looks so intelligent :)
Dallin earned a date with me this month, and he was pretty excited to choose Chuck-a-Rama. That boy can EAT! I'm surprised he didn't throw up that night. He's seriously like a bottomless pit.
Dallin started basketball again this year. He really enjoys it. He's definitely improving!
I took Dallin skiing for the first time this month. He did a really great job! A natural I would say! (After he figured out how to stand up after he fell)
Here are some fun random pics of different things this month.
This is the funny gigantic neighborhood wild rabbit that hops around. I've even seen him in our yard a few times too. You can't really see from the pic, but this guy is HUGE!
Dallin and Hailee riding the elephant at Fiesta Ole
I took the older two kids to Grandpa Dave's house to play in the snow. He has a really awesome fourwheeler that he has put tracks on. I drove it around while I pulled the kids on the sled. It was so much fun!
We had a great time. The only problem was that one of the times that Hailee fell off the sled she scraped her face on the crusty snow. It left a good scab on her face.
Kyle and I had the opportunity to go skiing. It was so fun, especially since I didn't have the opportunity to do it last year when I was pregnant with Laila. I'm so happy that this is something that we can enjoy together!
And last AND least, (haha), I had another Birthday this month! I guess I should be grateful for having Birthdays and growing older because some people aren't blessed with that opportunity!
Here I am with my Birthday Crown made by Hailee, and my purple and yellow cake made by Kyle. I feel so loved!
We went out with some of our friends, and here I am with my friend Kiri riding the saddle at Texas Roadhouse because we were both celebrating our Birthdays which are only a few days apart :)
