We took a little family trip down to St. George and Arizona to visit Kyle's parents at their house they live in during the Winter. It was a lot of fun and so nice to get away from Winter for a few days!
Here is the St. George temple with the family. So pretty! Cuties at the St. George temple Fun picture on the stairs In front of Grandma and Grandpa's house. I am in love with the palm trees! Can you see the lizard hiding under there? Hailee called them tiny alligators Fun things in the desert: cactus and sand! Some of the fun desert views on our first day of riding A fun stop on our ride- the fence was all decorated with beads and underwear overlooking a gigantic cliff where if you weren't paying attention you would probably just drive right off! Great picture of Kyle and his Dad standing on the cliff overlooking the valley bellow. There's a wash down there that hardly ever has water in it, but since it's been so rainy, it was full of water Taking selfies riding in the side x side Kyle and I standing on the cliff overlooking the valley below. Beautiful view! 3 corners- where Utah, Arizona, and Nevada meet up in the middle of nowhere Fun desert views on our drive to three corners (the borders of Utah, Arizona, and Nevada) Seeing the kids run around and play together in the desert warms my heart for some reason Exploring an old water tank Exploring an old water tank
We were close to Las Vegas, so we spent an afternoon there.
We got a lot of elevator riding in since we had the stroller. Up and down over and over to cross the streets. If an elevator was broken we had to carry the stroller up the stairs or on an escalator. There was a brief moment we got stuck in a broken elevator. Luckily it opened again and we got out!
On one of the pedestrian bridges
These two were pretty excited to see the "castle"!
A Statue of Liberty made of Jelly Bellies and another made of chocolate!
Chocolate places
New York-New York at Las Vegas
M&M factory
Waiting for the fountains at the Bellagio Peek-a-boo! Can you see the little faces hiding in there?
MGM Lion
Non-conventional way I took this picture- we were headed back to where we parked, and there weren't very many people around on the pedestrian bridge, so I propped my phone up on the other side and used the timer. On the way home from our trip of course we had to stop at Krispy Kreme! What a fun trip! I hope we can do it again next year!
