Hailee and one of her cute little friends, Addyson, that came to support her. It was so touching to see all the family and friends that made the drive to Ririe to support Hailee.

Ward Christmas party fun! Unfortunately Laila wasn't feeling well so she didn't get to see Santa, and Dallin is "too big" for Santa's lap.

Fun times at the Foo Fighters concert! I haven't been to a huge concert like this since I went to a Boys 2 Men concert back in the 90s. It was so much fun!
Kyle and I went to the Salt Lake Temple the morning after our concert. We got to our hotel after midnight and then went to the 7am session. We didn't get much sleep, but it was so worth it!
Weird story- Hailee had not been feeling well for a little while, and one night she said her face was starting to hurt really bad on one side. The next morning she woke up and it was really swollen. I took her to the doctor, and to my surprise he said that he suspected she might have Mumps! I thought that was crazy because she has been vaccinated, but I guess its not a guarantee you can't get it! She was the star of the doctors office that day when all of the doctors there came to look at her because they hadn't seen Mumps before.
Update: with a few blood tests, we found out it actually wasn't mumps, but some other virus that imitates it. Weird! The bonus is that she got to take a week off of school. Thankfully she is all better now!
Since Hailee had to miss making gingerbread houses at school when she was sick, we made some at home! Boys vs. Girls. It was fun!
I know now to not leave a bag of Christmas candy with Laila in the backseat haha!
