We love boating with our friends! Everyone has a bestie, even the Moms! The only one missing today was Dallin because he was at a scout day camp.

We went on a trip to the Oregon Coast. One of our first stops was the last Blockbuster video store in Bend, Oregon!
It was definitely a nostalgic blast from the past! Bought a $5 used movie and some microwave Jalepeño popcorn! Started getting car sick on the drive through the forest, so we pulled over and did some exploring. It was so beautiful and green! We had a boulder take our picture. Haha!

Sunny day, but really it was only 57 degrees outside and windy! Brrr! That didn't stop these crazies from playing in the ocean though!

It was a foggy and chilly day
We were really lucky because we were able to snag up 4 cancelled reservations for the tour of the inside. My mom was so sweet to watch the two littlest to Kyle and I and the big kids could go. So awesome!

This is a real working lighthouse. One of only two left on the Oregon Coast. I had no idea the actual bulb was so tiny!

While we were exploring, we saw a cute little head poking out of the water watching us

I thought this was way cool. We found what looked like a cave with a huge tree stuck inside...
...come to find out, it was a hole through this, and the tree stuck out the other side! Somehow how the ocean had put that tree through that hole during hide tide! Amazing!

We went to lunch at a little dive in Newport. It took a long time, but it was yummy! They are the home of an 8lb burger!

This is how we all felt by the end of the trip, but oh we had so much fun!
Came home from our trip to find one of the trees was missing! I guess there was a really big storm here a few days before we got home and it completely knocked the tree down.
We decided to go play at the splash park again when I had to pick up tests in Rexburg, so of course that means a ride on the carousel too!
They always have so much fun!
