Happy Halloween!

Halloween was a lot of fun this year, especially since Dallin was old enough to go trick-or-treating and understand that if he went and knocked on doors they would give him candy. This year he dressed up as a monkey. His little costume was so cute!We visited some of Grandma's and Grandpa's houses...At Grandpa and Grandma Wright's house, we had a great time eating chili and snacks, and playing the donut eating game!
The donut eating game is a game where donuts are tied to strings and hung from the ceiling. Then, you stand underneath a donut, and have a contest to see who can eat it the fastest without using their hands. Its a lot of fun.
Here are some of the kids playing and Dallin wanted to join in on the fun!Dallin kind of used his hands, but we won't tell! I guess I better mention that I played too, and won out of our group! Mostly because I was eating for two! :)
Afterward, I took Dallin trick-or-treating around our neighborhood. I could hardly keep up with him- he was running so fast from house to house!


He only got distracted once when he decided chasing a kitty around would be even more funAfter trick-or-treating, we went to Nana's house to wish her a Happy Birthday. It was a pretty full day for all of us- but Dallin was able to keep his energy up with all of the candy he was eating!
