Boating fun with cousins! (And more licorice...) haha!
It's always so fun to ride the escalator at the mall!
While I was making cookies, Hailee made her own little pan. Just a few minutes in the oven, and they turned out great!
Mom, can I dip this? Fries dipped in Frostys really aren't my thing, but you can tell by the picture how much she liked it!
I fixed Laila's hair into a ponytail and she was so cute. Hailee and Owen were laughing because they thought her face looked like a marshmallow. I think they were right! haha!
Playing with caterpillars at the school playground. This one tree was covered in big bright green caterpillars! We had fun!
Brave enough to touch it!
Guess who that is?? Someone who is 10 years old, has red hair, and is in his scout shirt and a poodle skirt on the trampoline at night seeing if he will be able to "float" with the skirt. Hahaha!
Precious Daddy and Laila time
Best buddies in the morning and throughout "most" of the day. :)
Playing with my brother's phone and the depth effect. Pretty cool!
Dallin :)
We went and visited my brother for the day. The kids had a great time playing with cousins especially on the fun pirate ship playground!Eating at Big J's with cousins! Luckily they were quite a bit more mellow than the last time we were there! Haha!
It's not Summer if you all don't have a scab on your knee! :)
The results when big sister turns her daily dress up time to little brother. I heard them downstairs and it took quite a bit of coaxing until Hailee told Owen he could wear high heels. "Oh I've always wanted to try wearing high heels!" Hailee is also dressed as a boy. haha!
Funny Daddy kitty
Fun times boating with friends! We all had so much fun with our good friends (despite the sad Owen face for some reason)
We had so much fun with my family at the piano guys concert. So many laughs! Great company and beautiful music!
This girl loves her pizza!
Found this sitting on the table. I don't know the story behind it, but I love it so much! haha!
One of the most amazing sites of my life!! These pictures don't do justice of this incredible event! The total solar eclipse went right over our house. There had been a lot of hype for the past year, and we were a little nervous for the crowds, but it was oh so worth it!! My cousin Julie and her family came and stayed with us overnight and watched it with us. Everyone in our culdesac also had a watching party. It was the most perfect weather. It slowly got dimmer and cooler but nothing prepared me for this spiritual amazing moment of totality! I have never seen anything like it! Just a black hole in the sky! Truly remarkable! I'm so grateful Heavenly Father creates moments like this!
Happy 5 to this fun little dude! We love him so much! He was so excited all day long!
Superheroes and fairies!
Fairy Selfies
Beautiful Palisades Reservoir! I can't believe it's still so full this time of year!
We had the opportunity to do a Relief Society retreat again this year up by palisades and white water rafting down the Hoback. It was so fun! Here is a before and after picture of our group
Photos from the Big Kahuna!
On the raft! It was so fun! Kyle got to be a lead most of the time, and I got a chance to lead and also steer.
Good times with friends and Kyle
We stopped at the cliff jump rock again this year. (This pic was taken right after I went). For some reason when I jumped in, the pressure hurt my ears and I got Barotrauma in my ears. It was so very painful. It took almost two weeks for me to feel completely normal again and not be dizzy or have a plugged ear.
First Day of school for these kids! 2nd and 5th Grade! I'm going to miss them! (Look at the very bottom corner picture to see how excited Hailee was) haha!
1st day of Kindergarten for this little guy! He was so excited!
A week later on Owen's first bus ride. It was a success and he loved it!
Dallin was drawing on the driveway with chalk. I looked outside and among his many drawings I saw the unmistakable drawing of his blanky. He was embarrassed that I noticed, but I love that he still is my little boy even though he's growing up on me
